Join our growing community of clients with ongoing peace of mind. For a small fee you can have the team at CarePlan managing your Centrelink or DVA affairs.
$1,100 per annum, charged via Direct Debit quarterly ($275 per qtr)

Regular check-ins
We will touch base quarterly to see if your income and assets have changed, then update accordingly. Ensuring you always get your maximum entitlements.
Nominee service
A team you can trust to manage your Centrelink or DVA affairs.
Correspondence
When letters are received from Centrelink or DVA, we will respond and action them on your behalf. Keeping you informed at all times.
Aged Care Invoices
If requested, we will check Aged Care invoices as needed.
Ongoing updates
Services below are included in our CarePlan Member package:
- Quarterly check-in to see if income and assets have changed – Update Centrelink (Services Australia)/DVA accordingly
- Centrelink/DVA Nominee Service
- Respond and Action letters received from Centrelink/DVA
- Check Aged Care invoices if needed
- Centrelink updates throughout the quarter, upon request
- Ensuring Means tested Fee re-calculations each quarter are correct if in Aged Care
